A Testimony of the Gospel is the heart of every heart believer, every man, women and child. The Testimony shows the vitality of the member in the church.

Let's us the human body as an example. There are 76 different organs in the human body, each one has a specific function, the heart is the life force of the body rushing the necessities for proper function of the body. The testimony of the Gospel does the same thing, it rushes vital nutrients to the whole of the Gospel.

If the human heart gets weak the whole body feels it, and when it stops... Well the whole body stops. The same goes for our Testimony. If it gets weak it's shows all through the Gospel in your life and if your Testimony dies, well you get the picture.

We are constantly being taught our General Authorities to search the scriptures, to follow the council of our leaders, to pray and fast. Everything they instruct us to do is for our spiritual well-beings, it's to help us keep our Testimonies strong.

I picked the name Zen because it means, “To Meditate”. We are taught in the scriptures that we must, “Meditate upon these things; give thy self wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.” (1 Timothy 4:15) While Meditation takes many forms including pondering I felt this was a good Title.

I must stress the importance of studying the scriptures, in them is the secret to eternal life and true happiness. It is through much prayer, study, and meditation that I believe I have learned these things. While I do reveal many things that I have learned, there are a great many that I withhold due to their sacredness to me.

What I share here is not the Doctrine of the Church, I do not set the doctrine of the church, that is up to our great leaders, the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, They are Special Witness of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. While they are Special Witness of our Lord and Savior, I am a Witness of him as well and I do add my humble testimony to theirs in proclaiming that Jesus is the Christ, the very Son of God, He is the only Source for Salvation. No man may enter the rest of our Father without his consent. He came to earth to live the perfect example of how we are to live our lives and the path we must go to return to our Father in Heaven. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
